EN: First interview with the Shanghai team via WeChat. The team seems to be nice. However, there's no response/feedback after the interview. I relaunched after a week, still no response. That's not at all professional. I suppose they were scared away because I need a Swiss work permit. Par contre AUCUNE réponse après l'entretien(j'ai relancé après une semaine. Personne ne m'avait répondu.) Pas du tout professionel. Je suppose que j'ai pas eu l'offre parce que j'aurai besoin d'un permit de travail en Suisse. (C'est pas précisé dans leur offre. )NON RECOMMANDÉ CH: 我和上海团队的面试通过微信视频进行，团队的人比较友好。但在面试最后问及我的签证，我说需要瑞士工作签，他们回复说："it's noted"之后就杳无音信了。面试结束一周后我发邮件询问进度，没有人回复，我觉得这非常不专业：如果你需要一个所谓“自带瑞士工签”的人，麻烦请在offer详情里写清楚，不要浪费彼此的时间。
