My initial interview was with HR recruitment. I was then passed on to the hiring manager and a potential team mate. My final interview was with another manager and my eventual leader. Each phase of the process was both professional and casual. Everyone I spoke with made if very conversational - which was much appreciated. The culture seemed to be relaxed and positive - one which I wanted to work in!
