there is one interview with hr, then the next round is with a hiring manager. people are friendly, interviews were ok, and hr gives constructive feedback based on the interview done, which is very helpful.

The interview process was quick with only 3 rounds that happened rather fast. The questions and interviewers were easy going.
However, the whole experience went south after my last call with the HR who told me she will get back with answer in 2 business days after sharing my salary expectations.
I waited for a month with couple of follows but I did not even receive an acknowledgement. I can understand that offering a role takes time and the company may be interviewing other candidates but the company pretty much ghosted me till I reached out to the hiring manager and asked for feedback. This is when I finally received an official response from the HR that the role is on hold.
I found that this was a tad bit unprofessional and hope that the company takes in this feedback.
