They do phone call interview for the initial interview, next they will let you answer some personality test, it also includes essay, and reading comprehension ( you need to be patient because its long) and after 2 weeks they update me that I passed the exam and they sent me a zoom meeting link for the Final Interview. There are two interviewers, the Hiring Mngr and the Acctg. Mngr. it's not that hard because they are just asking about your experiences. Then after the Final Interview, the Hiring Manager said they will just update me if they will offer me the job but unfortunately until now ( 2 months) there is no update even though I follow up for the status. So I assumed I'm not qualified for the position. I understand if they will not hire me, what I'm just asking is to update the applicant that they didn't make it.
