The least formal in person interview I've ever had. Out of about 10 questions, only 2 were actually interview questions. Was surprised about how informal it was. The stress comes with all the testing (8 in all) plus a visit to an Industrial Pyschologist that takes rougly 3 hours. He gives you 3 more tests and a 30 minute psychological interview where he asks about your parents, your past, your friends...etc. it's an EXTENSIVE interview process.
