I applied through Linkedin Easy Apply. I was contacted by the recruiter for the company. We had an interview where she asked some prelim questions and shared details about the company. After that I met with the Chief of Staff where the interview questions were more geared toward the work and my capabilities. I was them sent an assessment to ensure I was a good fit. Once the results came back, I interviewed with the President and CEO of the company. I thought this was a nice, personal touch that the CEO cared enough about their employees to be a part of the interview process.
