I applied online and had an initial 30-minute interview. About a week later, I was asked to do a 2 hour writing assessment essentially comparing two webpages and writing a report based off of a sample of their writing. After that, I was asked to do a 3 hour back-to-back interview in-person with 4 different people. This was extremely long and everyone seemed to ask similar questions over and over which was exhausting. It would have been more effective to do a 1-hour panel interview. They are also going down a list of questions and taking notes which felt very formal and less personal and conversational. A week later I was asked to meet with another team member for 30-minutes. Then they did my reference and background checks and I had a final 30-minute interview with a VP about 2 weeks after that. Everyone was very nice and I had some good conversations, but this process took about 2 months and was very long and drawn out, especially for an entry-level role. It felt unnecessary to have to meet with 7 different people along with an exercise.
