Natalie and Sean were both very professional, went through the entire process, and answered every question. I think the part that sold me was meeting the rest of the reps and knowing that in most places like this it's very rare to have so many people that have been there for years. I was asked if I could speak with the current reps and spend half a day in one of the offices paid to better understand if it was a fit. Paid training is nice as well.
