I applied online. They emailed to ask for a telephone interview after which I received another email to schedule an in-person interview. They forwarded me some paperwork to bring with me. The interview was pleasant enough. I felt like it went well - there was an exchange of information and questions, not just a one sided conversation. I did hear back from them via email, thanking me for my time and informing me they would not be moving forward with my application at this time.
