Tough process, but designed to ensure thoroughness. Was treated respectfully during whole process. The level of disclosure was very good - I was made aware at a all times how the process would be conducted, and why a certain stage was talking place, why certain people were involved etc. This ensured that any left field questions or scenarios were more evident than otherwise.
