The phone interview lasts about half an hour. Mostly ask about past experience that related to the job description. Also a few behavioral questions, like why do you want to work with us.
It took about 3 months to get onsite interview after I submitted online application. The interview took two days. I had a dinner with hiring manager and went through about 10 people for 1:1 interviews.
