The overall process was pretty easy. Applied online and received an email within a few days. Phone interview with the recruiter which set up for an in-person interview a week later. I interviewed with a manager, senior manager, and director for about 30-45 minutes each. They didn't ask many technical questions, the focus was more on my experience, and what I was looking for in my next position. They were very honest about the position and the work it entailed. They were also honest about the turnover in the department and reasons behind them. Cornerstone seems to be focused on recruiting intelligent people who can come in and learn quickly. It's a growing company with a lot of changes being made, so they need employees who can multi-task and learn on the fly. I was given a competitive offer the next day and I accepted.

I saw the job listing on Indeed and applied on Cornerstone website and was contacted within a week. Scheduled for a interview for the week after. Address information and parking information was very detailed. However, the company was not cleared on who I would be interviewing with. I arrived the company on time and it was the most terrible interview I ever had. I interviewed for 4 hours which I did not expect and I met with manager, director of accounting, Controller and CFO. The Controller was really mean and cold. Because of her, I would never apply for this Company ever again!!
