The interview was scheduled at the office but then rearranged to a coffee shop under mutual consensus. It's good to skip the English and personality test with HR and speak directly with the hiring manager to the point. The hiring manager is passionate about leading the digital transformation within the corporate and helping customer success. Out-of-box thinking is welcome.
