First HR screen and then onsite interview with hiring manger, HR screen included basic behavioural questions. Hiring manager took the technical interview which was onsite. Had to give a basic aptitude test before the technical interview. The test included general netowrking questions and outlook and windows server questions.

Standard 3 phase interview. Was sent an email for Eskill assessment at first. Then a phone call that lasted 30m - 1hr, after there was a 30m-45m zoom interview with one of the lead support engineers going over technical skills and finally one more zoom interview with another lead support engineer for 30m going over more technical questions. During the entire time I was updated via email by the phone recruiter regularly every other day.
