Typical 3-4 rounds. I successfully completed all of them. Was told I would hear back the following week, but that I was the top candidate. No response after a week. I reach out to learn that a recruiting company (outside of the company) are also sending over candidates. And so everything was on hold. The recruiting specialist was unaware of that internal process (red flag). She later tells me she will be in touch. Ghost. Then 2-3 weeks later she leaves a message for me to call her back so she can update me. Really. I dodged a bullet.
