HR recruiter reached out via phone/email, scheduled an hour interview, 30 minutes with HR representative and 30 minutes with team members. Standard behavioral questions, not many technical questions related to finance or real estate. Mainly wanted to know if you would be a good fit and if you were eager to learn on the job

There is usually a 2-3 interview process, however if you are well liked in the first interview you may skip the last too. You interview with the VP you work under and the first interview is a informational and personality interview.
