Their recruiter was very friendly and professional. She did a good job of communicating and answering questions. There were a couple of rounds, including meeting with Senior Developers for a technical deep dive and a meeting with their Director of Engineering. The people seemed friendly overall. One glaring piece that was missing from their process was a code interview - the tech deep dive seemed like an inordinate amount of "dictionary definition" type questions about OOP and Programming concepts. In the end we didn't agree on a salary that worked for both of us.
