My first interview went really well but the second interview not so much. I was stood up for the first interview and when we rescheduled I ended up looking at a screen with the initials of the person interviewing me. Interviewing is stressful and you would think the interviewer would be professional enough to make the effort to show her face, if that's an issue why not just a phone call.
