Absolute circus show. A burned out person M did coding and the other day a design interview. The second interview was literally hard for them to follow due to either ongoing on-call activities or a party they had last night. Glad that it didn't lead anywhere.

I recently interviewed with Coram AI and cannot recommend the experience. Problem Clarity: The coding question had ambiguous descriptions. Key details — such as coordinate conventions and tile size definitions — were unclear and contradictory. A well-prepared interview problem should not require candidates to guess the interviewer's intent. Interviewer Communication: When I attempted to clarify the problem requirements, the interviewer was difficult to communicate with and did not provide helpful guidance. In a good interview, clarifying questions should be welcomed, not discouraged. Overall Impression: The experience felt unprofessional. An interview should be a two-way conversation, not a guessing game. I would encourage the team to review their problem statements for clarity and train interviewers on effective communication.
