Came in for an interview where they had me take a typing test and answer some simple questions. You also have to do an example meeting note transcription that isn't anything major to worry about -- you have plenty of time at the beginning. You basically have the job unless you say something crazy.

I don't remember what the application process was like but the interview was a video interview and was very easy. They have you do a typing test (before the interview I think?) to see what your WPM is. I think it has to be at least 50/60 WPM or somewhere around there.
