The interview process with Coplex was the best I've experienced in my career. The level of communication from the Coplex team was incredible. This made it enjoyable, which is hard to say about an interview process. The process was intensive but I believe it allowed Coplex and I to really get to know one another and make sure it was a good fit going both ways. I am a big believer in hiring great talent but also making sure it is a cultural fit so I was happy going through all of the steps in the interview process to ensure our goals, values and cultural views were a good match. The process consisted of 5 steps but each one was well planned, well constructed and provided value for both sides.
