Had a quick phone interview and moved on to the design challenge, which I was told would take me 4 days. Did the design challenge (which did take quite a chunk of time), sent it on over, got a reply a few days later saying she would go over it with the team and get back to me early the next week. Followed up late the next week -- no reply, followed up again a week later -- still no reply, reached out a final time & never got a response. It was super unprofessional to have me put 4 days into a design challenge (that they can then take and use) and then not even give me a simple "no" in response. I urge the company to review this process and make sure that there is a response given when a challenge or interview is given. Would not recommend trying for a job here on the sheer fact that you are wasting your time, giving them free work (as a designer), and no response is quite defeating.
