To apply you need to upload certificates, cv and phd project. After 2 month they will shortlist or not your application. If shortlisted, they will send you a short evaluation of your capabilities (qualified or not). The reality is that if you don't speak danish or you don't know any professor, you have no chance of getting a fellowship even if you are qualified.
