Initial chat with HR - Asked my current role, salary and reasons for leaving
I then had an interview with two people via Teams
Once I got through to the second stage, I had an in-person interview with a further two people
Both interviews felt very relaxed and comfortable. It was more getting to know you and seeing how you’d fit in with the team and company values rather than the standard interview questions.
