The phone interview was positive and upbeat; received a 2nd interview in person. Being a seasoned professional as soon as we made eye contact; I immediately sensed negativity from both H/R and the department manager. In retrospect I know it was my age that stopped them from further interviewing me for this position. AND they both just recently started at this company!
