After I submitted my application online, the recruiter reached out to me via email and we scheduled a phone interview and she asked me really straight to the point questions instead of fluff, which I really appreciated. After a couple hours, she referred me to speak to the hiring manager via video call and he was really personable and I could tell he really reviewed my resume and qualifications based on the questions he asked me. Both interviews were straight-forward and I could tell they were both genuine and enjoyed working for the firm.
