There were a number of interviews one with two associates and two separate partner interviews. They were all very conversational and strength / competency based with no legal questions asked. For the associate interview you find out your interviewers beforehand and it was very beneficial to research into them and study their practice areas. Have extensive questions to ask them as one of my partner interviews I didn’t get asked any questions except for at the start being asked to tell him a bit about myself so had I not prepared questions and remain engaged the interview would not have went well.
