Building has no signage indicating how to get to their office and the street signage does not direct you correctly to their office; in the front of the building there's a piece of cardboard away from the actual entrance with an arrow pointing, with the unit number; not very helpful. Once addressed with their staff they just laugh it off as if it's a joke. The interview process is very long and drawn out. HR is unprepared, unprofessional, ill-informed on what position they really want to hire for and the responsibilities involved for the role. HR and the interviewing staff had no idea on what they really were looking for and the responsibilities of the role they were trying to fill. The HR person(s) needs to learn how to conduct interviews and how to check their phone messages, email and they are very poor at communicating. If HR doesn’t communicate properly, I can imagine how the rest of the people working there conduct business. Very unprofessional to say the least and I wasted my time for three days with them, time which I will never get back. They want everything under the sun without having to pay the compensation for your experience and knowledge. I would not recommend this company to anyone - find something else don't waste your time applying for positions with this company.
