The whole process consists of four steps: - 30-minute interview with HR - 2.5 hours codility assessment - 1-hour conversation with two engineers - 1-hour cultural fit The whole process was nice. It was pleasant to talk to people from Coolblue. The salary is a bit smaller than the average in the market.
