I was eleminated in phone call. Job advertisement was mid-level java develepor but as I understand they are looking for more senior. Actually my experience is matching with all job advertisement requirements that they mentioned in description. But they said they want a developer who is experienced by writing automated test. I was suprized because there was no any requirement about automated test in their job description. I think it is only a way to elemination a candidate.
