      Just as some of the former employees pointed out in their reviews that there are cronyism and racism in the company. So be aware that this might happen in the interview process. One of the technical interviewers was rude, picky and unfriendly during the interview process. Whether consciously or unconsciously patronizing your skills/ ability by asking you the technical question with just one word 'how?' It sounds like attacking more than just asking a realistic interview question. I could have answered 'with my hands and brain.' but I didn't want to be rude and patronizing like the interviewer. Also, whether this interviewer was paying the attention or not - or trying to patronize, or trying to make you nervous, I had to describe and explain things at least twice. You might have an impression this interviewer 'dislikes' you for some reasons. And that you might have guessed that you are not going to pass the interview no matter how good you are. With the interviewer like that, it is a bias interview before it is started. After all, you don't want to work with the co-workers who don't like you, nor can you. If you research and study carefully the background of the interviewers might give you some ideas what kind of 'candidates' they are looking for. It is not hard to find links of the interviewers background to cronyism and racism.

      IT was very calm and professional, it moved very smoothly. The interview was three rounds, HR, technical, and test tasks. The people who held the interview were knowledgeable and interviewed in a very friendly manner.

      I was called by a lady called "Else" , it was supposed an interview about a PHP developer , she asked me about the culture in netherlands and why i want to go there ..... i was shocked !! it was supposed to be an interview for a PHP position, it should be mainly a technical discussion , any other aspect of discussion can come at later stages but at least the interviewer should check if the interviewed has the capabilities to resolve the technical issues of the company !!!
