Easygoing, lovely conversation. They explain first about the company and it’s growth in the past years and their expectations. Then they’ll ask you about yourself and experience in the service industry. Maybe an example of a time you did a good job.

Applied online. Got a call from recruiter , then went on to interview with 3 different people . People were nice but extremely disorganized with no structure. The whole process took almost 2 months but no offer at the end. I was told because of budget constraints they will not fill the position however the position is still listed on their website.
I think it was a polite way of telling me NO. I would recommend you to be very weary/patient when interviewing with this company, they will “ghost” you, you have to constantly remind them about your application.
