The process was a bit long but overall pleasant. The technical interviews were very well structured there were no typical algorithmic exercises like sorting arrays that are rarely used in a daily work. Instead, they focused on real world scenarios, which gave me the opportunity to discuss architecture and best practices in depth. I also had interviews with different teams, which helped me better understand the role’s objectives and the challenges involved.
