Initial phone interview by Home office HR/Recruiter. This person was reading a prepared script or job description which did not mesh with the managers doing the F to F interview. Did NOT represent the position Properly and therefore the second interview was skewed. Met for the F to F, 5-6 weeks later at a Portland Hotel at a predetermined time.
