I received a call from the PA Director to schedule an interview. We talked about a week later about the role, expectations etc. She asked questions related to experience and allowed me to ask about specific metrics and data tracking.
I received another call about a week later letting me know that I would be flown out for an interview with herself and the COO of our new facility.
This interview was a bit tougher but the team made me feel welcome and very comfortable right off the bat.
