I applied online and I interviewed at Convoy (Seattle, WA). Tech phone screening and then onsite. Recruiters were not that helpful and most of interviewers were not friendly. Tech screening sessions were pretty easy.

Onsite was mostly focused on behavior questions. They have "values" like Amazon LPs and ask behavior questions to see if you can show their values. Technical questions were relatively easy compared to other places.

standard interview process: begin w. phone screen, and then on-site. The recruiter was very nice and helpful. the team was very smart and easy to talk to. Projects sound very interesting.

signed NDA, so no details I can provide. But the problems are very practical, such as look for insights on a given visuals, or discuss for a hypothetical business question. Onsite interview emphasized on behavior questions.

Talked with a bored looking Convoy Research Scientist where I would like to think that I had no problems answering any of the question regarding the work i had done. No feedback and got a reject the next day. Not even sure why they bothered having the call because it surely looked like they weren't interested whatsoever.
