The interview was by phone ,it was with a supervisor, he asked me general questions about the position, how to handle different situations, how many years of experience do you have, the interview went smooth and I got the offer the same day.
The interview for Customer Service Representive remote was a phone interview and was very easy. The interviewer was very kind and easy to talk to. Only asked a few questions.

Company responded very quickly to application with email to schedule phone interview. Phone screen interview lasted about fifteen minutes. Overall a very quick process and is decided after phone screen.
