I applied for this role online. I was thinking to go to the store and introduce myself but the store was due to be opened in a month. I got a call from the HR manager and it was short call basically asking the same questions that I previously had to answer in the video application.
1. What experience have I had and why it is relevant for the job? 2. What knowledge do I have of Converse and its stores? 3. Why I am the best candidate. A few days later I got the final interview which usually would've been a in-person interview but because the stores manager wasn't in my city, it was a phone interview that last 40 minutes.

Basic questions about yourself and sales experience - process was very quick and easy - called on phone then quick virtual zoom interview after applying online - interview was straightforward

Entrevista
The interview turned out to be an online-based format instead of an in-person one. They provided several preparation questions ahead of time, and during the actual recording process, I was given up to three retries for each response before having to submit my final answer.

Why do you want to work at converse, tell us about yourself, what are your hobbies, how do you handle an angry customer
Group interview where they ask scenario questions. There was about 8 other people. It took about an hour then they called shortly after to offer me the position. It was very quick and a fairly easy interview process.
