After doing research through my college's online alumni directory, I found someone working at the agency and reached out in reference to a position posted on the website Received a quick response. Met with the CEO the following week. He thoroughly explained the position and expectations. We reviewed my background, and I explained the applicable skills that helped me fill that role. Overall, very fair and comfortable process. I was called the week after, and came into to meet with the rest of the team.
