I filled out the app online and I got an email the same day with interview questions and computer test. I emailed them back and the next day I received a phone call with more interview questions and she scheduled another interview for the same day @ 4 so I could have time to take a typing test and a virtual job test. She called at interview time and asked me 10-15 more questions and then she offered me a job.
