For the initial screening interview (telephone): The recruiter emailed to re-arrange the interview 20 minutes before the scheduled time. The recruiter was then 25 minutes late to the rescheduled time and I was informed that this was due to interviewing other candidates. For the first round interview (remote via video call). From the beginning the interviewer showed a complete lack of interest and the interview was an uncomfortable 35 minutes. The interviewer drawled through a list of standard interview questions whilst looking off screen, clearly distracted by something deemed more important. When it came to asking questions I received a prickly responses at asking for clarification on a given answer, not exactly encouraging more questions.
