Very unprofessional. The internal recruiter reached out to me to schedule a Microsoft Team interview and when the time/date arrived, I sat waiting for the meeting to start for 30 minutes. The recruiter didn’t give me a number so I emailed her to let her know I was on. After 30 minutes I emailed her again to let know that I left the interview and look forward to a response. Nothing. She never reached out to me in any shape or form. This is the first time I had a recruiter completely ghost me and it was very unprofessional and disappointing. As a internal recruiter, you are first representation potential employees see of the company. I hope she does better in the future letting candidates know they decided not to move forward.
