The entire process was well constructed. There was a relaxed atmosphere and an open format that allowed for plenty of opportunities to learn about the company and the job. It was very clear where I was in the process and what the next steps would be.

The process began with a phone interview conducted by a recruiter from Control Risks. During this conversation, the recruiter asked about my background, experience, and motivation for applying. They were particularly interested in my experience in risk consulting and how I had handled complex projects in the past.
