Face to face interview- interview with supervisor and 2 current care managers (one nurse, one social worker), supervisor read from a list of questions as the care managers followed along, all took written notes during interview, discussed virtual office policy, situational questions, "what would you do" scenarios, advised that next contact would be from corporate HR
