The interview process consisted of a phone interview followed by an in person interview. Both were very laid back and relatively easy. Unfortunately, when I received feedback about why I didn't get the position, it was because I was not technical enough. No technical questions were asked in the interview, which made the feedback confusing. I believe they just didn't know what they wanted, and ended up wasting my time for over a month.
