At the beginning, the hiring process is very pleasant; first, you'll go through phone screening. It is a short call for them to see why do you think you are a suitable candidate. The next step is written assignment (2-4 pages), probably for them to collect as much as possible ideas, after which they won't be that kind anymore and reject you without any explanation (which, in my opinion, the candidate who spent several hours to complete the task, deserves)

I went through a lengthy interview process over five weeks, including two one-on-one interviews, a panel interview, another hiring manager interview, and a multi-day writing assignment. After submitting the assignment, I was ghosted for two weeks with no feedback or explanation about the expectations of the writing assignment. Eventually, I received a generic email that they had chosen another candidate. Now I see the position reposted on linkedin. The entire process felt disorganized and lengthy. Based on my experience and the company reviews I later read, this organization also lacks diversity. Not my cup of tea.
