HORRIBLE experience! Extremely flippant and unprofessional team. I met with two members of the team. My first interviewer began the interview by stating the role was filled and that I was essentially a "back up" in case the person who was offered the role declined. She only spent 10 minutes with me. She did not even take the time to describe the company or the role. I spoke about my most recent position. She had to leave the interview prematurely to go into another meeting but noted she would walk me out or follow up with me via phone later in the day. She never did either. The next interviewer asked me several odd questions; he asked what my favorite excel shortcut is. I suppose this was his discrete way of assessing whether I know how to use Excel. A few weeks later, I am contacted by Jensen Partners to come into the office and interview for another role. We schedule a date and time. They cancel and we reschedule for the following week, They cancel once again, noting they hired someone within their network. They were so unprofessional and handled the whole process so poorly. STAY AWAY from this company!
