Met a lovely recruiter, Magda. She was very caring and thoughtful in the first call. She covered many helpful details and was a positive experience. Second call with another recruiter was the opposite experience. She came across tiresome, didn’t seem interested to have any deep conversation with me, and I felt like she just wanted to finish the call. I had to follow up to get my feedback, so she didn’t give me the courtesy to update me on the outcome. She didn’t respond to my follow up email. Only Magda was kind enough to give me an update after I asked her to help me so I know what the progress is.
