Overall the process was excellent
1) initial recruiter call, about general culture fit & background.
2) Call with Hiring manager about technical questions and Solution Consulting questions.
3) Call with Business Analyst and general customer management questions.
4) Finally an onsite presentation with a Technical and customer management problem.

Entrevista
Applied online and received an email the next day for a screening call, followed by a 1:1 with the manager. The week after, I had a 1:1 with the product owner.
After internal review , they asked me to prepare for an onsite interview with a task list and a couple of documents. To prepare for the interview, I had another 1:1 for 30 mins with the manager the next week. Long process and wait time from task to presentation makes you second guess your approach...
In the final week, I had the presentation and 1:1 meetings with other colleagues such as Customer Success Manager, Solutions Architect, and Solution Delivery. All followed by a meeting with a recruiter. Total 3-4 hours at the office.
After the successful onsite, I was ask for references (all needing to come back positive) in order to provide me with an offer. I was told before submitting the offer that everyone was happy with the presentation and individual meetings.
Overall: Pretty long process to get hired, but understandable no one wants to hire someone that does not qualify or does not meet the requirements. Somewhat problematic when you are interviewing at multiple companies at the same time and others ask you to commit since their process is less than 2 weeks (e.g. many meetings are pushed into one week).

Entrevista
Typical and very smooth hiring process. The first stage was a screening phone call with a recruiter to discuss the position and align on expectations. Following that, a remote video interview with a potential teammate to validate technical skills. Finally, a half day of on-site meetings with the rest of the team, including management. These involved high-level conversations about the product, solutioning and whiteboarding, and explaining past-experience scenarios. The team was friendly, smart, and focused. They all provided time for questions as well. A week after the on-site, I was offered the position.
