Initial phone call from recruiter. Follow-up phone call with hiring manager. Series of over the phone interviews with various managers. Plant tour with face to face interview and lunch. A lot longer processes than I’ve ever seen but it shows that they’re really trying hard to screen candidates.

An initial series of phone interviews (7), followed by an in person including a plant tour. Questions were standard although one interviewer threw non-related questions quickly to determine ability to think on your feet.

Phone screen with HR, phone interview with hiring manager, in person plant tour/interview with hiring manager, video interview with 3 higher ups at HQ, 2 hour long web assessment, 5 references who had to fill out a survey. Overall, a very long process.
